OUR PROCESS

We offer a comprehensive suite of mine services, ranging from ore buying from vetted 3rd party operators, exploration, technical advisory and capacity support, equipment provision up to full end-to-end mine site management for our JV partners.

By building long term relationships, we drive the adoption of improved mining practices, enabling partners to pivot away from mercury based processing and driving productivity and profitability for our partners.

We transfer the ore to our industrial processing facilities where the gold is safely extracted

Industrial "Carbon in Pulp" processing works in several steps. First, the gold is dissolved out of the ore using a caustic solution. Once in solution, gold is captured using ultraporous activated carbon. At this point, "loaded carbon" is placed in an elution cell where the gold is liberated and electroplated onto a collection medium.

AURUM NOVA exports and sells gold produced directly to reputable buyers around the world

Our social objectives run parallel to those of the Tanzanian government, allowing us to acquire the necessary permits & licenses to mine, process and export gold. We work with trusted buyers internationally, and provide documentation that the gold is mercury-free and conflict-free.

By deploying modern CIP extraction and direct refining, Aurum Nova operates a transparent, 7-stage closed-loop process from raw ore to refined gold doré bars.

Crushing

Ore is crushed into smaller pieces.

Grinding

Crushed ore is ground into fine particles.

Leaching

Ground ore is mixed with cyanide solution to dissolve the gold.

Carbon Adsorption

Activated carbon captures the dissolved gold from the slurry.

Gold Recovery

Gold is stripped from the loaded carbon.

Smelting & Refining

Recovered gold is melted and refined.

Final Product

Gold doré bars are produced for further refining or sale.
